How much p.s.f. can a 4 bedder unit in this property fetch after it TOP? Any estimates?

Hi,

A range of 1000-1050 psf may be more realistic in current market sentiment, as buyers with that ability to secure that loan quantum will be limited. That said, Parc Olympia has a unique theme with its multi sports concept, which may pique more buyers interest. Thanks and may I know what are your plans with regards to this question?

Hi Mr Rashid, a 4 bedroom unit at Parc Olympia could fetch around $1100 psf upon its TOP. And this condo is going to TOP soon around September this year. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
